Opto-Plus is a turnkey project. Although all clinics are independently owned, they share Opto-Plus’s identity and promotional programs. Participating clinics benefit from regular promotions in their local market as well as regular visits from an experienced account manager. The account manager offers ongoing support to each clinic in order to prepare them for upcoming promotions and improve their competitiveness. He/she also perform comparative market analysis for the clinics, keeps optometrists and their staff informed and offers them training to improve their sales and customer service skills.
Optometrists part of OSI's network practice either under their own private name or under a corporate name. Several join forces and share a common corporate name (banner) mainly for advertising and promotional purposes.
To date, Opto-Plus is the only banner directly affiliated to the OSI network. Other banners, already existing or in the process of being developed, will eventually join OSI's network from all regions of Canada.
With our slogan being “offer you more for your eyes”, clinics joining our Opto-Plus banner and their patients can expect to receive more management and marketing support, more patient promotions, more guidance, more cost-effectiveness, more profitability…
