OSI Group (Optometric Services Inc.) is Canada’s leading network of independent optical clinic owners. We offer various services to our members, owners of independent optical clinics, such as Financial, Marketing, Web and IT services. Within the IT department, our company has developed a software (ERP) for patient management software for optometrists and opticians: Optosys.
Our Optosys software includes the best integrated solutions for the daily operations of a clinic, from online patient appointment scheduling to inventory management and performance indicators, including electronic medical records, paperless exams, connections to specialized equipment and electronic orders sent to laboratories. Currently, our software is used in optical clinics across Canada as well as in schools to train young professionals!
We would like to find someone to ensure the quality of the Support Service currently offered to our users by answering their requests and solving technical problems remotely. Reporting to the National Business Development Director, the Regional Account Manager will be responsible for promoting OSI products and services to Eye Care Professionals. We are looking for a Regional Account Manager who will act as a practice advisor, and support clinic development in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Northern Ontario. Our members are all full scope Optometrists creating unique patient care experiences in their independently owned clinics. You will be able to deliver corporate quality support tools with a customized approach that makes each clinic different yet successful.
